The best Globle strategy is information first
A good guess is not only one that might be correct. It is one that makes the next decision easier. Strong players move through three phases: locate the broad region, triangulate, then inspect borders.
At a glance
- Maximise information per guess
- Change direction deliberately
- Use exact distance, not colour alone
- Switch tactics near the answer
Phase one: find the region
Use a central country and interpret whether the result points toward the Americas, Europe and Africa, Asia, or Oceania. Avoid several guesses clustered in the same area before you know the continent.
Phase two and three: triangulate and close
Make a second guess in a meaningfully different direction. Compare which distance improved, then cross the likely region. When distances become small, stop making continental jumps and work through neighbouring countries systematically.
